Refunds will be given for paintings in their original condition up to 7 days after purchase.

Certificates of Authenticity will be provided if requested.

All original artwork is made with the utmost care and love with archival high-quality materials.

Shipping Original Paintings - For a limited time only shipping for original paintings within the United States is FREE!

Shipping is available for most paintings within the United States. Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and will depend on weight and delivery location. At checkout your only “shipping” option will be to pick up from the artist, so if you would like a painting to be shipped to you please email me at valerierussellart@gmail.com so I can provide you with an estimate and adjust the price to incorporate shipping costs before purchase. Thank you for your patience with the shipping process, my paintings are a variety of sizes and weights so shipping costs vary greatly. I have found that planning with each buyer individually for shipping is cost effective and produces an overall better experience for the buyer.

Damaged Original Paintings

It is very important to me that your paintings arrive safe and sound and in excellent condition. Each painting will be shipped with protective padding. If your painting arrives damaged please take a picture of the box and the painting immediately upon arrival and email me so we can work something out.

Damaged Prints, Framed Prints, or Notebooks

If your prints, framed prints, or notebooks arrive damaged, please contact me at valerierussellart@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to return for a refund or exchange.
